Communities

Representing the East Bay cities of Albany, Berkeley, El Cerrito, Emeryville, Kensington, Oakland, Piedmont and Richmond.

Between the East Bay hills and the San Francisco Bay is a broad geographical area, which encompasses the cities of Berkeley, Oakland and other surrounding communities. This region is filled with neighborhoods that contain a colorful assortment of different architectural styles, such as Brown shingle Berkeley bungalows, prairie style Piedmont homes, or mid-century Oakland homes, many surrounded by lush foliage, native live oaks, redwood trees, and spectacular vistas. All of this sits on the edge of thousands of acres of open space, bordering Richmond, El Cerrito, Kensington, Berkeley and Oakland. Beyond all this natural beauty is a diverse, vibrant, sophisticated, and culturally rich population.

I have endeavored to give a synopsis of the various communities, mostly from the perspective of a real estate professional to help prospective buyers determine which neighborhoods suit their needs. Below you will find a list of the different communities where I serve. Simply click on any area below to read more detailed information.
